Feel the Heat
Most photographers who I know will instinctively know whether they are going to process a photograph as black and white at the time of shooting.
Most default to color but if the tones as opposed to the hues draw them to the subject they will process in monochrome.
Some of us default to black and White and for us it is different. We only tend to process in color if it was the colors that made us take the photograph.
This is one such photograph – the saturated reds and greens enhanced by the light just before a storm at sunset made this one a color photograph all the way.
